At our store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of vaping products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for health and safety reasons.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@auravape.co with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or defective.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
In case of damaged or defective items, please provide clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.
